Beef Short Rib Noodle Soup
















I was skeptical about this recipe when I came across it in the June edition of the Australian Gourmet Traveller. A skeptic because of the simplicity of both the recipe and its ingredients. However, skeptic no more, it is the simplistic nature of the ingredients that brought out its great flavour and my memory of trips to Singapore with mom and dad when I was younger. Die hard Vietnamese Pho or Singapore beef noodles fans, this is the recipe for you!
